Summer Smoothie

Beat the heat with this delicious and easy snack right out of the Body Well recipe guide! It's quick and easy and a great way to cool off this summer.

Ingredients:

1/2 c frozen strawberries

1/2 c frozen blueberries

1 frozen banana

1 c fresh spinach

3/4 c non-dairy milk

Directions:

Place smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add additional milk if needed for blending but keep as thick as possible. Pour into a bowl and enjoy! Try topping with walnuts, almond slivers, hemp seeds or unsweetened shredded coconut for some added flavor.
