Shifts in weather, seasonal changes and just plain ol' motherhood can take a toll on our energy. Instead of reaching for that 2nd cup of coffee (or 3rd, or 27th) try blending this delicious drink instead. Packed with nutrients this smoothie will get you the boost you need to get you through the day.

  • Serving Size 12 Ounces

Blend together until creamy smooth:

  • ¼ cup coconut milk or coconut ice cream
  • ¼ cup Greek plain yogurt
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 cup packed spinach leaves
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • ¼ teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon nut or seed butter
